DESCRIPTION

The rack with cassettes for one-sided and double-sided processing is purposed for storaging of a wide range of sheet metal with maximum economy of useful floor area and high supply.

The double-sided rack allows to load and unload sheets from different sides to facilitate work productivity. Safety of work with the rack is provided via protection shutters connected with each other. When the shutters are in open position on the one side, they are closed on the other to prevent sporadic movement of the cassette.

DESCRIPTION

The combination of the cassette rack with a trolley rack for double-sided processing is an optimal storage system purposed for storage of a wide range of sheet metal at maximum economy of useful floor space and high supply turnover. Further if necessary the cassettes can be moved to the lower level which has a double-sided construction allowing to load and remove metal sheets in stacks or one by one right from the rack with a jib crane, traverse and vacuum lifter.

A simple and convenient storage solution which allows you to arrange storaging of sheet metal with the length up to 6 meters on the small floor area. In the upper part of the rack a deck can be placed which will serve as a roof and additional storage space.

For work with tied sheet stacks it is possible to use the modification including protruding cross-sections to create caverns in the forks of the loader.

Easy access to different grades of profile metal on one shelf ergonomic construction of the console rack with roll-out shelves allows to optimize the storage process and use the storage area with maximum efficiency.
One-sided and double-sided case configuration. The shelf fully rolled out. It's possible to equip the shelf with a mechanical or electric drive, separator for sorting loads. For work with a tied up stack of metal rolling it's convenient to use removable cassettes with guides for forks of the loader.

DESCRIPTION

The rack with swivel consoles which are equipped with load holders is an efficient solution for storage. The holders are installed so that they are parallel to each other and tightly fixed. There are vertical stands to prevent the load from falling apart. The consoles are turned manually.

The rack can be one-sided and double-sided. The load sorting is convenient – the holders can be equipped with removable separators, which allow moving different grades of metal from one storage area to another randomly.

DESCRIPTION

A simple construction with movable shelves provides the highest reliability of exploitation. It's possible to increase the storage volume on one shelf by equipping it with additional side supports and adding removable separators for load sorting.

DESCRIPTION

The rack is developed as a module cell construction which provides a high storage density on a small area. The upper part of the rack can be equipped with a deck and use it as an additional storage space. The rack is served with a loader with a special grab on the front. The shelves are 100% removable.

The lower row of the shelves with load capacity less than 2000 kg is equipped with the stops on the wheels which are situated on the floor in the front part of the rack to be removed manually without the loader.

DESCRIPTION

It is easy to arrange storage of a wide range of long loads on the small area with the help of the rack with roll-out shelves. The doors of the rack allow to fully roll the shelf out. The loading and unloading is provided by the jib crane with the traverse. There is also a threshold roller to remove single parts of the load from the side.

The doors and shelves of the rack are equipped with fixing devices to prevent them from random moving.
